Doreve Nicholaeff Architect, Inc, was established in 1986 in Osterville , Massachusetts . The focus of our firm is high quality new homes and additions/renovations, but our capabilities extend to historic rehabilitation and interior design.  

During the past several years, we have designed new homes ranging in size from 3,500 to over 8,000 square feet, and additions/renovations from 1,000 to over 7,000 square feet. Projects have been located in Florida and the Boston suburbs, as well as on Cape Cod.  

The principal, Doreve Nicholaeff, AIA, is a registered architect, and NCARB approved. She holds degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. For seven years prior to forming her own practice, Ms. Nicholaeff was affiliated with prestigious architectural firms in Boston and Los Angeles. Her highly qualified staff graduated from such architecture schools as Harvard and Rhode Island School of Design.
