“Daniel Block Trust” is the Property Manager of the retail shops and offices located in the “Daniel Block”, 1 through 13 Wianno Avenue, Osterville.

The current tenants are:  “Bob -The Barber” Ryerson, “Osterville Sundae News”, “Leonard Insurance Agency”, “Osterville Package Store, Inc.”, “Pocket full of Posies” – a children’s shop, and “Leona – Hair Stylist”.

The history of the “Daniel Block” dates back to the 1800s – and has been owned by the Daniel Family since then.  The current owners and Trustees, Gail Nightingale and Virginia Stimets, are the granddaughters of Robert Daniel – one of the original owners.
